The house is located roughly 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from the Broadmoor, and quick access to the north side of Colorado Springs. This home with have two bedrooms and two living rooms to use at your leisure. The house will have clean sheets after each guest and will come with fresh towels. There will be electronic lock entrance. The lease will be standard with a year long lease terms that can be somewhat flexible. Additional charges for pets in the house, and deposit as well as 2 day grace period per month for rent. I would like a minimum of one year but I will consider less time in a house.
