Two ladies and their dog are looking for a roommate (Ladies only) to share our 1600sq ft., 3 bed/1bath home. The Room is approx. 9' x 12' with shared living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard spaces and plenty of street parking. ALL utilities (Wi-Fi, PG&E, water, garbage) are included in the $975/month rent and there is a $975.00 security deposit. We will split the cost of other supplies in the house or you are welcome to purchase your own. (e.g., dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc). Six-month lease minimum. Located in the wonderful, extremely walkable/bikeable Santa Fe neighborhood in North Oakland which nears the borders of Berkeley and Emeryville. Transportation is Awesome! To UC Berkeley, San Francisco, downtown Oakland, and many other parts of the Bay Area it is easy and convenient. You will be one block from (4) four AC Transit bus lines - 12, 18, 88, F (Transbay bus to San Francisco), 15-minute walk to Ashby or MacArthur BART stations and easy access to the 580, 980, 24, 80 and 880 freeways. Walking distance to UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital, grocery stores, eateries and cafe's. About us: We are a 30 something and an older lady who are friendly, pretty laid back and quiet. We have pretty busy schedules but love to relax when we are home. We also have a dog that is very much a part of our family so you must be dog friendly and comfortable living with one (we do not want any other pets at this time). We are looking for a single housemate (Ladies only) who is quiet, easy going, clean, and independent but communicates with us, considerate (not much company coming over), respectful, and shares in household tasks. You should be financially responsible with reliable income and pay your rent on time. There will be no smoking or drugs of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, e-Cigs, pipes, hookahs, etc.) and no pets at this time. We would love to hear from you.
