There is a very large deck on the main level and a smaller deck on the bottom level. The condo has beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and granite countertops as well as a fireplace for when you are in the mood for a cozy night in by the fire. I loved living here and would still be there if I didn't have to move to FL for work. Neighborhood also has a great pool! The neighbors are wonderful and so friendly! It is a really great community. Wonderfully convenient location - close to lots of restaurants, marinas, and the airport. However, not in a high traffic area, so it is super peaceful. There is ample parking with a 2 car garage and 2 additional spots in front of garage.
