This complex has had all new windows installed, two new steel staircases, full exterior gutters, exterior lighting, camera security system, new onsite laundry room, full exterior electric gated access, and newly painted exterior fascia, ect... The apartments across the street just had millions of dollars put into it's renovation as well, creating a situation where the whole area is improving, and quickly! Currently, each two bedroom unit is renting for $725/ month with $50/month for W/S/G while our one bedroom apartments are renting for $625/month with $50/month for W/S/G. These rental amounts are lower than market and can be raised upon renewal with very little work completed.
