Our home is located in a very charming neighborhood next to one of the best beaches on the island with world class surfing and swimming at your doorstep. We are located right on the bike path which means you can bike from our home all the way to Sharks Cove marine preserve and Waimea Bay, two of Oahu's most beautiful ocean and beach preserves. This is a fully furnished, one month minimum, shorter term rental listing. Only rented when we are traveling. The rest of the year this is our home, we expect that you will treat it as your home. We are interior designers & our home reflects modern pacific style and is both comfortable and beautiful. We love our neighborhood and ask that you come with an attitude of generosity and respect for this area and our aina. This is your chance to experience the pure magic of north shore living in a beautiful and nourishing space. Our home is available for one month minimums during the months of April, May, June and September, October of 2023. It is fully furnished and turn key ready - fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, sheets, towels, etc. You will be responsible for garbage pickup - placing the bins on the street - and keeping the home in the same or better condition as you found it. We have bi-weekly yard service and can arrange cleaning service during your stay. If you are staying for more than one month, you will be required to have a monthly cleaning service. We will allow one small dog. If you are open to living with our two loving cats, we will offer a $700 discount per month. This will help us as we won t need to relocate them during your stay. No smoking or parties. Quiet hours between 9am-8am. We share the property with our upstairs neighbors and the front yard is available for their use of the outdoor shower and garbage bins.
