Rent includes utilities. The fully furnished bedroom is in a beautiful, well-maintained 2 story single family residence centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Aliso Viejo. Only you will have access to the bathroom next to your room which has been upgraded with a travertine shower and floor, marble countertop and fixtures. The 11X12 bedroom is on the other side of the house from our master bedroom providing more privacy. The comfortable king size bed has a Heavenly brand mattress. Furnishings include a dresser, night stands, and 48in. smart tv. and optional table. The room has a spacious closet with sliding doors. Enjoy more restful sleep with newly installed blackout blinds. Shared areas include the following: *Living room with surround sound, 65in smart TV, DirecTV with DVR, reclining sectional sofa and massage chair. *Peaceful, colorful, landscaped back yard with Weber BBQ, patio furniture, gas patio heater, outside shower and jacuzzi. *Fully equipped and upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances to include air fryers and built in granite dining table. *We do not smoke but smoking is allowed in the back yard Renter must be tidy and keep the common areas in the condition they found them. Month to month lease but prefer stays of 3 months or more. Utilities are included in the rent but may need to be adjusted if use is above normal. Room is for one occupant only. Online background check will be required for criminal, credit and rental history. No smoking in the house but back yard is available. Parking is available in the complex as well as on the street outside the complex. No pets since we have a Bengal cat. The litterbox is outside so there is no cat smell and she is hypoallergenic. Renter is responsible to keep all common areas clean in the condition they were in such as cleaning and putting away dishes etc. The renter's private bathroom needs to stay clean since it's made of travertine tile, marble and glass.

We are a married couple of 18 years that live an active, peaceful life with little or no drama. We are very tidy and respectful of others. The wife works weekdays from 7-3:30 in our office. The husband is semi-retired and active. We have a Bengal cat.
