What the owner loves about this home
The layout of this house makes it comfortable for 2 people on main level or a full house with the lower level to accommodate guests, to have entertainment with a big TV, fireplace and plenty of room.
In the middle of winter and the beautiful snows comes we have 3 fireplaces that makes it warm and cozy. With homemade cookies it is easy to enjoy the winters.
The deck in the back is really nice to smell the fresh cool air and the quietness of living here. We have wonderful neighbors that get together for meals and visit from time to time, we watch out for each other. We are minutes from Sam's Club, Home Depot, grocery stores COS Airport, and doctors. If you need something quick Safeway is down the mountain by the gas station. I see some school age children walk home with the school so close.
We enjoyed coffee and meals on the deck in the quietness of the morning. If you want to go for a walk in the mountains it is outside our door. We cherish the wildlife that come and go, especially the new mamma's with the baby deer hurrying to catch up.
If you are sitting on the lower patio it gives you a chance to say 'hi' to the neighbors going for a walk. Our postal box is just down the road and gives us an excuse to get outside.
The yard is not to big, but gives the feeling of having a nice lawn with landscaping.
There is plenty of room in the garage for hobbies and lots of light because of the 2 big windows. In the winter I bring my plants into the garage and keep them for next spring to bring them out again.
There are so many windows in this house so you never feel confined. We both knew when we moved in this homes it was really going to be hard to leave when the time comes.
