Space has been completely renovated and updated. - Entry hall leads into the unit with the bathroom to the right, kitchen straight ahead, and entry door to the living space to the left. - Bathroom has tub with shower. - Separate small kitchen has Whirlpool self-cleaning gas stove, full-sized fridge, microwave. - Hardwood floors, high quality central heating system (baseboard heaters). - The living space is the most ornamented room of the whole house, with a cross-beam ceiling and wainscotting all around the walls, all painted white. - Washer and dryer in building included. - Parking for one car included. - Patio furniture on large patio for the use of all tenants. - Storage space and bike rack in garage. - Two additional units in house; one at back above this unit and one at front, all with private entrances. - San Francisco express bus and direct bus to UCBerkeley are steps away. - Walk to shopping and cafes at Piedmont Ave. and Grand Ave. - A very small quiet dog or cat may be negotiable. - We definitely prefer tenants who plan to stay longer than a year, but since the lease is month-to-month we can also be flexible.
