Greetings from our home in a great neighborhood super close to gorgeous beaches and downtown Huntington! Beautiful white sand beach is ~5' walk straight from the home, while the hustling downtown is just ~20' walk away. Details: 2 rooms in the house, 1 with queen size bed private courtyard, and the other with a CAL King bed, both have desks and access to common areas (entrance, front yard, kitchen, dining room, laundry room). You have the downstairs and private entrance, is quiet and charming stocked with detailed deco' and personal touches. Both beds and living room couch are VERY comfy! Common living room, kitchen and laundry room. House essentials add to your comfortable stay, either for leisure or business purposes. - No Cigars or Cigarettes' smoking. - No party, no events - We collect a pet fee of $100 to help pay for additional wear and tear and cleaning effort to make the home amazing (e.g. great smelling/no hair) for our guests. 2 Pets Max please. - Please clean up after yourself
