The laundry room is just off the front door and contains a full size washer and dryer. The carport is large enough for two cars and the golf cart. This community has two entrances, one off Old Lucerne Park Road and approximately 4 miles from downtown Winter Haven, and the second entrance is off of Route 17/92 and about 2 miles from downtown Haines City. It is located about 15 minutes from I-4 and about 15 miles from Legoland and about 25 miles from Disney World. Because this is seasonal, rental discounts are offered the longer the stay.
