    This home has the charm throughout, the convenience of its coveted location, and so many upgrades in the last 3 years. New HVAC system! New garage doors were installed in July 2025, New exterior deck and all trim paint 2024. New master bathroom remodeled 2023. RV PARKING and widened driveway to accommodate a large trailer! Upgraded electrical in garage. Security system installed 2023. There are so many unseen extras this property has to offer. The area is peaceful, with the Little River across the street. Townsend is just a few miles down the river road and Cades Cove is 10 miles. When we purchased this property, we had no idea how wonderful the neighbors were. Most of the properties, that are close by, are retreats or rentals, but the permanent residents are the very best, and we will miss them terribly! We relocated here for work, but now we are retiring and moving to our other property.
