Highlands Hammock State Park is 12 miles. Convenient to local hospitals, Nucor, South Florida State College, and other Highlands County businesses. Also, the perfect spot for remote work. About 1.5 hrs to beaches, Tampa, and Orlando, yet away from the traffic and hustle bustle of those areas. Unit #3 is expected to be available Nov 1, 2025 . (Call to confirm date.) It is a smaller 1/1 with queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Perfect for a single or couple, corporate rental, or those with extended visits to the area. All units are fully furnished and well maintained. Pricing varies depending on how we structure contract.
