Our Central Florida area is filled with small-town charm, Southern Hospitality, and we are surrounded by reasonably priced golf courses and numerous lakes. Our LOCATION: 6 miles to Advent Health Hospital, 10 miles to Highlands Regional Medical Center, 2 miles to South Florida State College, 6 miles to Nucor, 15 miles to Sebring Raceway, 15 miles to Highlands Hammock State Park. A short 1.5-hour drive to either coast and about the same distance to Tampa or Orlando. IMPORTANT STUFF: Price VARIES with the length of stay and number of guests. $1500/month is for ANNUAL rentals. Corporate and shorter-term rentals are WELCOME. We offer customizable terms and can provide a price for you depending on your needs and how we structure utilities. We have a NO PET policy, but on occasion in certain units, we have made exceptions. NO SMOKING. Requirements: Credit and Background check which costs $35-$50. We hold one month's rent for a refundable security deposit. Fees-$200 set/up/processing fee. (Non-Refundable Pet fee if applicable.) We focus on rentals that are 6+ months or longer.
