Situated on the green-side of Waimea, about 5-minutes from town, this home is conveniently located yet secluded and peaceful. Waimea town offers multiple Farmer's Markets throughout the week, two excellent private schools and the best hospital on the island. The area is cool all year round with beaches being only a 20-minute drive away. There are three separate homes on the property and I live next door. My family is comprised of myself and my son. We have no pets. I do all the landscaping, maintenance and repairs on the property myself and work full-time (mostly from home) for an Environmental Engineering and Science firm. I do yoga, grow flowers, surf, make lei and read during my free time. We are pretty quiet and follow an early to bed, early to rise lifestyle. Renter pays for electricity. All other utilities are included.
