    This house is unique as it has a private large shaded backyard right behind the garage ready to create a personal space. The garage is detached from the house with an extra circuit for charging an EV. The neighborhood in this street is particularly friendly and neighborly. The kitchen has lots of storage and the pantry is large with electrical outlets. The windows bring in lots of light and the front porch is inviting for having coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings. You look at out the mountains instead of all the other houses across from you because the house is set higher than anyone else's. The streetlight is right in front of the home and so there is always light when you get home in the evenings. The park management offers lots of activities if you like to participate.
