The location is fantastic just a short walk to Venice Beach, the Boardwalk, Rose Ave. and Abbot Kinney Boulevard, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The historic Venice Canals are perfect for a scenic stroll, and Marina del Rey and Santa Monica are just a quick drive away.
