The campsite is ready for you to come and enjoy, with two small buildings, a deck, and a Death Star fire ring. There are hiking trails developed on the mesa, and the canyon actually allows walkable access to the other side, where there is a pristine hillside plateau. There is a quiet hillside area with lovely views of Picacho Peak off of the northern road into the property, and grid-tied power is approximately 965' from the northeast corner of the property. There is abundant wildlife in this area as well. Elk, deer, javalina, fox, rabbits, coyote, and occasional mountain lions are some of the creatures you’ll share this property with. The trees are Juniper and Pinion Pine. This parcel experiences all four seasons, with cooler summers than our southern-Arizona counterparts, and occasional snow in the winter.
