RENTAL CRITERIA
All applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Applicant (or joint applicants together) must have verifiable current employment/income with a gross monthly income of at least 3x the rental rate and have verifiable current employment for at least 2 years with current employer.
Applicant must have a verifiable rental reference six (6) months or more with a lease term fulfilled. Applicant must not have more than two (2) late payments and/or non-insufficient fund (NSF) checks in one (1) year of residency.
Applicant credit reports must be in good and acceptable standing with a credit score of greater than 670. Medical collection accounts will be the only exception in determining acceptable credit.
Any and all adults must complete a rental application, be listed on the lease as a resident, and have full liability to fulfill all terms and conditions of the lease. At least one applicant to be on lease must attend in-person house tour/virtual house tour prior to signing lease.
Applicant must carry renter's insurance for the duration of the lease.
