The backyard is covered with wild yet tamed lush greenery on all sides, creating a private landscape that is self-sustaining, allowing me to sit back and watch nature take its course through out all the seasons: welcoming the changing colors throughout the year as well as all of our seasonal visitors from cardinals to humming birds, butterflies to dragonflies, and even geese. The abundance of windows throughout the house allows me to cherish the wildlife and the nature around from within the comfort of my walls, leading to many warm memories of drinking tea while bird-watching! The warm and welcoming aspect of the house is not merely limited to my amazement of the outside, as the open-planned nature of the living room and the other areas of the bottom floor create a great environment to host large groups and still feel connected to everyone in the home, leading to many great memories with family and friends.
