There is a large private backyard with grass and mature trees, a hammock, and outdoor furniture on back deck (shared with the owner). There is a small deck by your private entrance. The property is almost an acre. The space is very quiet and pet-friendly. Pets must be approved. Please message me about your pet. The Studio is all yours. It is attached to my home. Guests can relax in the hammock or on the decks. If you have a dog and he/she proves to be friendly with my dog, it can use the fenced backyard. Please pick up after your dog.
