There's a large comfy king-sized bed and a full sized murphy bed in the living room. There's a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Small kitchen with the basics, comfy couch and two flat screen TVs. The resort has multiple pools and hot tubs (inside and out), a game room and a laundry room on-site. Renter will need to fill out an application on zillow, submit photo ID, pay deposit, cleaning fee ($250), plus sign a short-term lease agreement. Sorry, no locals.
