Small kitchen with the basics, comfy couch and two flat screen TVs. The resort has multiple pools and hot tubs (inside and out), a game room and a laundry room on-site. Renter will need to fill out an application on zillow, submit photo ID, pay deposit, cleaning fee ($200), plus sign a short-term lease agreement. Sorry, no locals. Winter Rental Max 3 month lease! Dec - through March 1 available Cable, wifi, parking and utilities included in rent. Must follow HOA rules. No smoking, no pets.
