Two designated parking spaces come with each apartment so there is no need to pay for a parking tag on campus or drive around looking for a parking spot. Walk out your door and you are on campus. Our apartments are very affordable with water, sewer and trash included with the rent. Tenants are responsible for paying for the electricity. Tenants are required to apply, $50 fee per adult, and each adult living there needs to apply, be approved (600+ credit score) and sign a 1-year lease.
