We have a two to three bedroom house for rent. The bedroom has a really nice floor plan including a living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, a sunroom and a laundry room. The sunroom could be used as another bedroom. It is located on a corner lot with a front porch and off-street parking. It has a fenced yard. We would like a $500 security deposit with first and last month's rent. We do allow pets with a $250 deposit for each pet. We don't allow smoking in the home. We really prefer to have a long-term lease. Tenant pays for all utilities.
