No pets, no smoking and no parties are permitted on the premises. Parking is permitted in the garage, in the drive way and on the street next to house. A nonrefundable cleaning fee of $350.00 will be due at the end of the lease term. Additional rules Please empty any inside garage into trash bin in garage. Take trash bin in garage out to the curb every Monday night for weekly trash pickup on Tuesday mornings and promptly place back in garage upon it being emptied. Irrigation is setup to water plants automatically every other morning for both front and back yard. Please maintain existing schedule unless otherwise directed. Please wash any bedding, towels, washcloths, blankets and any small area rugs on a regular basis during your stay. Upon leaving, please place all used bedding, towels, washcloths and blankets in the laundry room on the floor. Please empty any inside garage into trash bin in garage. Compliance with Law Follow all applicable building, housing, and health codes. 2. Cleanliness & Care Keep the premises, including all rooms, fixtures, and appliances, in a clean and safe condition. Dispose of all garbage, rubbish, and waste in a clean and safe manner using appropriate receptacles. 3. Proper Use of Appliances Use electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and other facilities and appliances in a reasonable and proper manner. 4. Damage Prevention Not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage, impair, or remove any part of the premises. Ensure that guests and invitees also refrain from causing damage. 5. Reporting Repairs Promptly notify the Owner of any maintenance or repair issues that could affect health, safety, or the condition of the property. 6. Restrictions No pets, smoking, or parties are permitted on the premises. No unauthorized alterations, improvements, or removal of fixtures without Owner's written consent. 7. Respect for Neighbors Conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb neighbors' peaceful enjoyment of their property. Refrain from illegal activity or hazardous behavior on the premises.
