This villa is for a 90 day max rental month to month per the resort. Relax after a long day!! Enjoy the island decor at home after a shift of saving lives Wifi and cable TV is all around the home for you. Or head over to the front desk to book a massage or other wind down services. Need to detox- head to the on site gym, sauna or hot tub. We also have a lovely pool with a lazy river, water slide and yes yes another hot tub! You can grab a bite or drink at the onsite bar, restaurant or have an ice cream treat. Need groceries? Head to Publix just down the street. There are plenty local restaurants ( Sundays Grill, MIA pizza, Kumo Japanese etc.) for you to choose from or try the local favorites (Adlers burgers, Ben cafe Latin) to name a few! The resort fee ( access to gym, pool, lazy river, hot tub, sauna) is explained in the lease Addendum. I will pay part of your resort fee. The fee is 22 dollars per day plus tax Work hard, then rest once your home, Enjoy! Rent includes water, electric, gas, internet, trash and pest control. There is a daily resort fee of 22.00 plus tax. This gives access to the pool, gym, and hot tub areas. In the resort is a restaurant and a bar. Deposit is 100% refundable 35 days before move in date. Less than 30 days 25 % of the deposit is kept. A week before move in date 50 % of deposit is kept. No animals allowed as my dogs get anxiety from the smell of other dogs.
