We also will be painting the outside of the property a very nice passive yellow color with attractive black shutters. The inside of the home will also be freshly painted. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a very nice floorplan. There is a single car garage and also assigned parking for two more vehicles which is quite rare. There is also a very nice private yard area perfect for a nice table, chairs, book and bottle of wine. This is a very house like situation and the home will be in great condition when refurbishment is completed. The complex is quite spread out and very nicely landscaped. A pet will be considered and if allowed the rules are expected to be followed. The home is managed by ownership so fast decisions and service are the rule and not the exception. It will be a great place to call home.
