It has a full, high end kitchen and 750 square feet of open space..l... with dedicated eating areas inside and out (3), a family room, murphy bedroom, full bath and additonal entry area with a ton of storage/closet area for clothes. The house is super allergy friendly with zero VOC paints, wood floors, a Wolf Range, small dishwasher. You will need to bring a refrigerator and washer and dryer. Decks all over the place, it's a great place to entertain but we are looking for people who will treat the place like we do and respect the neighbors at night. Can't tell you how many evenings we've spent in the hammock or on the 3rd level in adirondack chairs just watching the incredible view up and down the coast. The City is vigilante about sound after 10pm so any violation of this would mean possible eviction and deposit forfeit. Sorry to sound so criptic but we are just being straight forward. Makes it a quiet place to live for sure which is rare on the Ocean side. We are the owners and need to keep the peace because we stay there when it's not rented. The house and property borders PCH and Gaviota Dr on the ocean side of PCH but not on the ocean side of Gaviota Dr (60' from the stairs on St. Ann's). Drive in Gaviota from St Ann's.
