This water front land is also accessible by old wood road now overgrown; owner reports there used to be a beach! House began in 1870 and has had additions over the years. First floor BR & BA could be used as Master Suite although the main BR upstairs is certainly large enough for a great Master and sports wrap around water views. However, the upstairs bathroom is now a gutted utility closet, so this 3 BR home has only 1 bathroom. Separate 1,100 sf studio/workshop building w/elec & heat. Private deck off the first floor BR has a broken hot tub that needs to be removed. The main deck needs to be replaced. The stove is not operational because it leaked gas so the gas line was disconnected - no working stove in the house, but if you buy an electric one you'll be back in business. The well water reeks of sulfur, so there is a filtration system in the boiler room - the filter needs to be replaced every 3-6 months depending on usage and a bottle of bleach must be added to the canister every month to remove the sulfur smell.
