The yard is privacy fenced in all around the back yard. The house has new carpet and flooring throughout, new windows, newer furnace and hot water heater. This house is two blocks from downtown Hobart and within walking distance to the stores, restaurants and bars and best of all the Lake. Pets are on a case by case situation and if approved a pet security is charged. Appliances are not included. There is a washer and dryer hookup available. NO SMOKING! Renter responsible for all utilities which includes Water, Nipsco, Cable, Sewage. Pets will be considered dependent on the pet and my decision. No smoking is allowed at all. A one year lease must be signed.
