Unit E is an upper-level unit and tenants can enjoy a balcony with peek-a-boo views of the Bitterroot Mountains. One small cat or dog is allowed, subject to owner approval. One year lease is required, plus security deposit due at signing, monthly payment by check or cash only. There is one designated parking space for the Unit located in the back parking lot. Additional street parking is available, but not guaranteed.
