The rent is $1000/month plus utilities. The room includes a spacious walk-in closet and shared bathroom. In addition, the townhouse is and open-concept layout featuring luxury vinyl plank flooring, recessed lighting, and a spacious living area perfect for entertaining. The sleek kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and crisp white cabinetry that adds a fresh, clean aesthetic. If interested, the application fee is $47, which covers criminal background and credit checks. If approved, the application fee will be credited towards the first month's rent. The security deposit is the monthly rental amount and will be paid back upon ending of the lease. There is parking; the garage, driveway, and street parking.
