Other Disclosure:
1. Step disclosure - 2 steps at the entrance. Our unit is on the first floor.
2. AC disclosure: There is mini-split AC in every bedroom and living room.
3. Parking disclosure: One assigned outdoor parking spot.
4. Noise disclosure: This building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Please expect some noise from the street and the unit above. Light sleepers may consider using earplugs for a more restful experience.
5. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
6. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
7. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
8. Queen Anne is a very diverse and urban area very close to major attractions. While it's safe, we have some unhoused in the area as in any other urban enviroment. They are not confrontational and don't bother anyone.
9. Both rooms are approximately 144sqft.
1. Pets Negotiable: Pets may be allowed with landlord approval; a pet deposit and monthly pet rent may apply.
2. Rent: Monthly rent is $3950 for a 12-month lease, payable in advance on the first of each month.
3. Shorter Lease Option: Shorter leases are available at a higher monthly rate; specific terms are to be agreed upon based on the duration.
4. Utilities are not included.
5. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping, is strictly prohibited within the premises.
