No sublets or additional persons living on the property that are not on the lease Guests can stay no longer than 3 days No grilling on the front deck area or in the front yard Grills must be safety approved and must not be next to the structure of the house, fencing or under the palms. No planning of any plants on the properly-potted plants allowed. You must allow for quarterly pest control You must allow for a twice - yearly inspection of the home You have 5 days grace period for rental payments each month. Late fees start on the 6th and continue until payment is received. Do not put grease down drains NO storage of boats, jet skis , trailers or any other types of vehicles on the property. A golf cart may be allowed with the property manager approval. Motorcycle allowed with manager approval. No storage of anything outside of the rental unit fenced in area will be allowed. Storage must be done off site. No storage sheds or leaning anything against the structure. Patio furniture allowed. Example: No Kayak, engines, dive tanks, paddle boats, clutter or junk etc. can be stored in the yard. No Smoking indoors and any cigarettes must go in a suitable container that will not catch fire. Property must have a fire extinguisher in the kitchen and outdoor area-provided by the owner. This year the windows and sliding glass will be replaced-please allow access to the property for this upgrade during that time. No fire pits allowed Do not make changes to paint or install any items that will change how the house is configured including adding anything to the structure without approval of property manager.
