This apartment is still available. * It is SO conveniently located. It takes me about five minutes to walk to Oliver's Market to grab a burrito for dinner (this happens more often than it should, ha...). I also like to walk to the Jaded Toad for a beer and some fries, and then I can walk home! No driving! * The apartments are all newly renovated! I'm the first person to live in this one, and I moved in about six months ago. * The apartment is very bright and filled with sunlight at all hours of the day. The living room and kitchen get the morning and early afternoon light, and the bedroom gets the evening light. :) See photos - it is lovely. Also, I can see lots of pretty trees and a giant cactus from the living room window, which I love. * All the apartments are one level, so nobody above or below you! Also, this is an end unit (you can see in the photos) so it's quiet and private. * I park literally like twenty feet from my front door. It's very convenient! There is plenty of parking here, and it is included in the rent. * The apartment is perfect for one to two people. It is plenty big enough for all of my stuff, and my partner's when he is here. I thought I would have to get a storage unit, but there is so much space in the laundry room I just stacked all my stuff in there! (See photos). There is also a huge pantry in the kitchen that I haven't even come close to filling up (there's a photo of that too). * The washer and dryer are brand new and in-unit, and they are VERY large. I can easily wash two comforters at once. * All the other appliances are brand new too. I was the first person to use them. This includes the washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, and enormous microwave. Relatedly, the faucet in the kitchen is fantastic (see photo) and there is a very large stainless steel sink. * There is AC and heat, and they are very energy efficient! * No carpet! All nice, laminate flooring that looks like hardwood. * I love sitting on the patio and having a beer. There are tons of dogs that walk by and it's so fun to meet them. Which reminds me, the apartment is PET FRIENDLY! * The unit is very close to the trash and mailboxes, but I never hear any noise from them. Just very convenient! * There is really nice landscaping. All the trees and flowers are starting to bloom. * There are lots of amenities that are still under construction but will be ready soon (e.g. a pool and a dog park). You pay PG&E, but all other utilities (including Comcast) are payable through the Access @ Rohnert Park online portal. You are responsible for the cost, but it is conveniently paid through the same portal as rent.
