Tenant is required to keep belongings off the rest of the property and does not have access to any of the other fenced yards. The pump house for the property's well is in your fenced yard. In the rare occurrence that the main main shutoff must be turned off, tenant agrees that access to this pump house might be needed without warning. This would be very rare as the other house has its own shutoff valve. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on this property. Tenants are required to be courteous to neighbors by keeping noise at a reasonable level.
