    We love our Private Property protected by perimeter fence, Private Access gates, and lawful postings. I love the Oaks, Cedars, and mostly the Sable Palms front 2" to 50'. Also love all the wonderful Florida Naturals that live amongst the trees. Also very efficient air conditioning as home is shaded by big oaks most of the day. Can use the central system or very efficient window units if on retirement income. Summer electric bills about $100/month. Total screen enclosed living areas including carport to keep out the Florida biting bugs. Remote operated Security access gate.
