4. Submission of applications, photo IDs, proof of income, and credit score by all applicants over 18.
5. Income of at least 3 times the monthly rent and a credit score over 715.
Once an application is submitted and tenancy is offered, the applicant has 48 hours to respond before the next applicant is considered.
False, incorrect, or misleading information will result in an immediate denial of the application.
