Please note that summer rental prices are subject to change. The upper-level 3-bedroom unit will be occupied year-round, but it has a separate entry, ensuring no cross-traffic with the rental space. Renter's insurance is mandatory, and the manager retains the right to conduct a full credit and background check. The guest renting must be at least 25 years old and will be considered the Responsible Party, requiring their presence throughout the stay. Valid government IDs may be requested from guests and occupants. The Responsible Party is liable for the actions of all guests and occupants and must ensure that children are always supervised. Adherence to homeowner rules and regulations for using the property and shared areas is required. It is important to note that parties, events, or excessive drinking are strictly prohibited, and the property will not be rented to groups intending to use it for such purposes. Exceeding the stated occupancy limits is also not allowed . *No animals. *Quiet Time & Noise Levels: The home is in a residential area, and noise disturbing neighbors is prohibited. *Additional Terms: The Guest must sign a Rental License Agreement via DocuSign and provide a valid ID, such as a driver's license, before the reservation check-in date.
