This is an older mobile home in the mountain town of Georgetown that we are renting out starting in September. The home is in the Buckley Mobile Home Park on the North / West side of the Georgetown exit#228. This home is electric with the propane inoperable. There is a fireplace to assist with the electric heat. We do pay for the water and the trash service as well as the lot rent to the park. There are some areas that may need some assistance of which we will cover the expense of such items, however this home is being rented (as is) The home does need paint of which if you wanted to paint we would cover the expenses.
