Private furnished room with a shared bath in a single story 2600 sq ft home. The room has a closet, TV, bed, along with decorations that are already up. Kitchen and living room are shared spaces. The kitchen is huge, multiple people can cook at once without bumping into each other. Lots of storage space in the home need be. I'm looking to do a month to month rental to start to make sure you are a good fit for a longer term stay. I'm also not against renting to someone for only a month or two while you look for a more permanent spot. Very flexible. Just lmk :) No smoking in the home - I have a screened in lanai and do not mind smoking in it. The driveway is huge and can fit many vehicles, parking will be assigned so that no body can be blocked in. I have a small dog named Kiki who lives in the home with me. She is very trained (I had to train her not to bark and listen to commands closely while I was doing the Airbnb because nobody likes an untrained dog)
