The entire yard is ringed with brick flatwork and masonry walled (4ft) for privacy and peace of mind. Full of light, most windows are 4'x6'. Oak hardwood floors in the living/dining and upstairs, cool to the touch, earth-tone tile downstairs. Quartz countertops and like new appliances with large work/prep area behind oven. Interior is predominantly light grey paint. The living and dining rooms spill out onto a tiled deck. Oversized, top-of-the-line synthetic grass yard. 50" television, in-wall 7+1 surround sound home theater. House can sleep 6 adults comfortably (1 queen poster bed, 1 queen wall-beds (another in container), 1 bunk bed, 1 twin with trundle, not including couches). Prior owners have kept 2 horses on the property, on in each of the 12x12' stalls. There is a shed for hay and ample paddock. 1 stall and hay area are available for storage, and around 15' of the container is empty for your use. CCTV security + Ring. At-home work is welcome; commercial use as a hospice, event space, training or rehabilitation center, are not permitted. Pets are welcome. Smoking inside and growing marijuana is not permitted. Price does not include weekly pool service, trash pickup, internet, and landscaping ($600/month maintenance fee will be added). Lease does not include electricity, gas, and delivered water ($200/month is typical). Initial deposit includes 1 month security, 1st and last month's rent, and 500 gallons propane (full) on property ($2,000). Pets are welcome but an additional $25/week will be charged for cleanup in the brick patio area. Pets are not allowed in the pool area including artificial turf. An additional $1,000 deposit will be held for damage to paint and screens. Shorter lease terms will be considered in special circumstances.
