Lovely home by the sea. Top floor with ocean views. Easy short walk to shops, bus and restaurants. Bike path/Core trail in front which runs 7 mile as along the ocean. Lots of windows makes this a very sunny apartment with plenty of semi-sheer curtains if you want to block out the sun and keep the house bright. Overhead fans and the ocean breeze make it a delightful place to be. There is a large deck with several views to the sea. There is one row of houses in front of us, but this house is a short walk to the beach. You can hear the ocean at night - great to sleep by! We just bought the house and we live in Colorado. We plan to ultimately live on Kauai for 6 months and Colorado for 6 months. We are renting this apt for one year, it would be perfect for a traveling nurse, or someone on a business contract, or a place to live while you are looking for your dream home.
