Front fenced porch at entrance which opens into living room area. Sliding glass door by dining/kitchen area to covered and fenced porch on backside of house. Back area is also fully fenced in. In the summer, electic/full utility bill was around $160/$170. In the winter, full electric/utility bill was around $200/$210. Rates may have changed since we lived there (due to garbage and water incrementally rising in cost yearly), but not expected by much. The garage (440 sq') is attached to house and washer/dryer (provided) is in the garage. There is quite a bit of storage space in the garage. Laminate flooring in main areas/kitchen. Master bedroom and one bedroom are carpeted (2 years old), and one bedroom has hardwood. House heated with Monitor (forced air) heater, and each room and living room also has electric base board heaters (to supplement or use as the main heat source). Windows are fully updated and the roof was replaced last summer. It has 1000 square feet living space, but it is a very comfortable house. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Must pay deposit and last months rent.
