The kitchenette is complete with all the basic kitchen necessities, including Refridge, Microwave, stove/range, and sink. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, with all bedding included, and plenty of closet space. The bathroom is complete with shower curtain, and towels. The shared laundry is actually in your unit, and shared with the landlord 1 day a week. You will enjoy a private entrance, and the location of this Westside home. Close to Mountain Hiking, beautiful Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. A Grocery store is a short walk away, with unique local shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing literally minutes from the house. Plenty of Colorado outdoor activities for all seasons. We generally have a no pet policy, but will look at small pets on an individual basis.
