Streamside Cool Apartment. Quiet with thick cement walls, white ceramic tile in bathroom and kitchen, light colored vinyl plank flooring. Includes dishwasher, own washer, dryer. Trash chute out the door. Master bedroom has wall-to-wall windows and is next to the stream. Ample 2nd Bedroom for 2 twin beds or 1 large king bed. A long-time Property Manager would tell me that this B building was special in that it was like one having a moat wrap around it. The stream is 4 stories below..perfect since mosquitoes fly only to the 2nd floor. So tenants would make the patio their dining room with no problem since they loved the sound of the stream so much. The other thing tenants commented they loved was that the Parking lot was level with this 4th floor so they walked right in from parking to their door, WITHOUT CATCHING AN ELEVATOR.
