I am looking to sub-lease my one bedroom, one bathroom apartment at the Hunter's Chase Apartments in near Dayton, Ohio (furniture not included). It is a very quiet complex that offers both a gym, tennis courts, and a pool. The apartment comes with a washer/dryer in the unit and a deck. I'm renting the apartment for the price listed. The apartment is cleaned and ready for move-in ASAP. The apartment is less than 5 minutes to many shops, grocery, and restaurants. The rent is typically $979 with utilities but I need to sub-lease ASAP so I'm renting it for the price listed and will pay the difference on rent and utilities. The sub-lease will go until June 7th. The complex will give you the option to resign with my name off the lease. Contact me with any further questions. The apartment complex will charge a $50 application and do a credit and background check. The rent is due at the first of the month. The sub-lease will end June 7th. There is an option to re-sign for 12 months if interested.
