In those cases, the tenant will be charged for the full cost of repair or replacement. 4. Use of Property No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc.) is permitted inside the property. Pets: Only one small pet may be allowed with landlord approval. A non-refundable pet fee and/or additional pet security deposit will apply. Noise & conduct: Tenant must follow all neighborhood rules, including no excessive noise and compliance with the Homeowners Association (HOA) guidelines. Any HOA fines caused by tenant's behavior will be billed to the tenant. 5. Parking Property includes an attached garage and driveway parking. Tenant must not block access or use parking areas in violation of HOA rules. 6. Additional Tenant Responsibilities Tenant must keep the home in clean and sanitary condition.
