I am looking for a female roommate to share my Victorian home with. New renovate entire floor, with a new private bathroom, small living room area, with a desk, on the third floor. You will have the whole floor for yourself. Parking available on the property. Near to the University of Cincinnati, in building laundry. Shared areas are the kitchen, dining and living room areas. Hard floors throughout the house. The Lease is for 6 months, may be renewal after 6 months. No smoking and no drugs allow. No pets. Rental insurance is required, you will be responsible for taking the garbage out/in when owner is not in town and keeping an eye on the house, bringing packages inside the home, and making sure the house is safe by locking all doors at night. Cleaning after using the kitchen, dishes, and common areas is expected, no cleaning lady is hired to clean for us. Do not leave any trash on the third floor and or common areas. We will be sharing on 1/2 the utility bills, gas and electricity, water, and internet; cost varies month my month depending on the usage. During winter months if owner is not in town you will need to take care of the ice on the porch and outside steps.
