Historic bunkhouse on family ranch, new paint, remodeled/updated bathroom. We have a 600 square foot, studio type, rock house nestled into the hill on our family ranch. This bunkhouse was historically used for cowboys at the ranch so it is cute, but simple. It is very quiet and a relaxing place to call home. The house is not appropriate for a family, the septic is sized for a single occupant. It is clean and quiet and could be a great fit for the right person. New paint, bathroom updates, new closet update including a closet system, newer furnace, window AC unit, upgraded insulation. I pay the water, trash, and (historic) electric so the only additional expense would be your heating costs. If you have lived outside of the city before that is a plus. Because this is on the ranch there will be animals around and occasional activity associated with the running of a ranch. An ideal fit for me would be someone who has lived out of town before and who might have occasional time that they would want to do some work around the ranch. There is no smoking in the house or outside of the house. I am open to considering pets but please let me know what you have right up front.
