Professionals and farmers looking for a housemate to fill a large four-room suite with private bath in a 250 year old historic home in the Hartwood community of Fredericksburg in Stafford County. Individual bedrooms also available. House is on well and septic, and electric/internet costs are split. Room can be offered furnished. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry are shared. There are several beautiful furnished common areas to enjoy, like an enclosed porch on the main floor with a small kitchenette and a covered back patio overlooks a pond. We share the cost of a monthly cleaning person to clean the house. Parking for 1 car included. The house is located on a 50+ acre plot that also includes a small working farm with goats, chickens, and a horse. There is also trails for hiking as well as a creek that goes down to the Rappahannock River! We look forward to hearing from you! All utilities are split three ways
